Chai is the Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Olive. Previously he was the Head of Private Equity and Corporate Development at PartnerRe, a global reinsurer with over $22 billion of assets. He has served on the boards of directors of several financial firms including MountainView Financial Solutions, JCR Capital, and Further Group. With almost 20 years of experience, Chai started Olive to help retail investors use derivatives like options to improve financial outcomes. He graduated first in class with a BBA from Ohio University and earned an MBA (top 5%) from Columbia Business School. Chai is also a CFA Charterholder.
AG Crum

AG is the Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to starting Olive, AG was the Co-Founder and CEO of Spirion, a private equity backed enterprise cybersecurity software company. He is an operator with almost 30 years of experience across multiple industries and functions, including sales and marketing, product development, software engineering, and data science. AG started his career as a cyber risk advisory consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He graduated with a BSBA in Management of Information Systems from Northeastern University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ben Fulton

Ben is the President of Elkhorn Consulting. His pioneering work includes a well-known tenure with PowerShares Capital Management, where he oversaw product development and later ran the global ETF business for Invesco. Ben was a driving force behind Invesco’s AUM growth from $200 million to over $80 billion. He has been credited with seven “ETF of the Year” awards and has received numerous other industry honors and tributes for his role in bringing dozens of first-of-their-kind funds to market. Over the course of his career, he has launched over 200 new ETFs and other investment products, accounting for approximately $150 billion in current combined assets.
Vishal Gupta

Vishal is the Founder and CEO of a stealth start-up. He was most recently Head of Exchange at Coinbase where he led product and strategy for all markets. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Development of Circle (in charge of USDC) and Head of Product and BD at MoneyLion. Vishal has extensive experience in options where he served of Head of Execution at Volant and Head of US listed options electronic trading at Goldman Sachs.

Stephen is the Founder and CEO of Fleming Corp, a private equity firm focused on reinsurance, infrastructure, real estate, and defense. He is also the Founder and Director on the Board of Fleming Insurance Holdings, a specialist run-off reinsurer. Prior to that, Stephen was the Principal of Torch Hill Investment Partners, a private equity firm investing in supply chain, defense, intelligence, and security.

Marvin is an Independent Director on the Boards of Hamilton Insurance Group (Nasdaq: HG) and Minerva Intelligence Inc. He was the Chairman and CEO of Langhorne Re, a life and annuity reinsurer. Before joining Langhorne, Marvin was the Chief Risk Officer, CEO and Capital markets, and Chief Investment Officer of PartnerRe, a global life and non-life reinsurer. Prior to that he was Chief Actuary of Swiss Re New Markets.

Steven is the Co-Founder and of Centana Growth, a growth equity fund. He spent over 26 years building, operating and advising financial services companies. Steven was the President of Global X Management, a New York-based sponsor of exchange-traded funds, as well as an Executive Advisor at Aquiline Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm investing globally in financial services enterprises. Prior to that, Steven was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Lyster Watson & Company, an alternative investment management and advisory firm. Before joining Lyster Watson, Steven was at Lazard Asset Management including as the Head of Global Business Development for alternative investments.
